Flatten The Mountain Co-op Flattening

A 25-player Flatten The Mountain lobby is a construction site. The mountain is one object. Cash is not. If everyone lasers the same gold cube, you get a hole and a traffic jam. If you split compass sides, you get a terrace. This page is the co-op plan that makes how to flatten work in a crowd.

Split the pie

Call sides in chat: north, east, south, west, or “top ring” versus “base.” Two to six miners per face is plenty. More than that and lasers overlap into empty air. If you arrive late, take the quiet face even if it is brown filler. Brown filler still lowers the silhouette. Payday clusters can be rotated, not camped forever.

Drones should face your wall. A drone hovering in the middle of four strangers is a collision. Park using the drones and turrets rules, then leave them. Micro-moving a drone every second in a full lobby is how you fall off.

Jobs in a competent lobby

• Cutters — pickaxe on the current ring.
• Workers — people who already bought drones/turrets and should stop standing in the lane.
• Spotter — glances at the eagle ring and calls it. One is enough.
• Chest runner — peeks interiors using buried chests and calls the hole, then leaves it so six people do not clip inside.

You can hold two jobs. You cannot hold all four while also shopping the Skill Tree on the rim.

What you do not share

Skill Tree progress is per account. A rich friend cannot click your nodes. They can buy more lasers on their shop, which still helps the silhouette. If they offer you a “free script so we flatten faster,” decline and send script safety. Injected cash in a public lobby is how a co-op session becomes a ban story.

Codes are also per account. If a real string ever exists, paste it yourself from the hub, not from a typed chat fragment with a missing letter.

Voice, chat, and Roblox tools

Voice chat is listed as not supported on the experience page. Use text. Short calls: “ring east,” “chest in blue,” “leaving south open.” Roblox party and friends join work like any other game. There is no official Discord on the universe social-links API; use the DomBlox group if you need a persistent social layer.

Grief and accidental grief

Laser someone’s notch roof off and they are now eagle bait. That is grief even if you “were just flattening.” Leave roofs on occupied caves. Do not delete a staircase a beginner is using to reach the ring. If you need volume, cut inward, not under feet. The players hub etiquette list is the short version. Do not grief for a 25-person leaderboard screenshot.

If the lobby is already toxic, hop. Twenty-five is the cap, not a prison. A quieter eight-person server with sides called will flatten more than a full server of summit selfies.

Party of friends

A pre-made of three or four can own an entire face and run the skill planner in parallel. Assign one person to always keep a drone on payday colors so the party is never broke. Assign one person to never open the Skill Tree on the rim. That tiny role split beats four people shopping at once while the bird turns.

Beginners in the party should still read getting started instead of standing in the laser. Co-op is not a skip for the tree. It is a skip for loneliness.

Finish by walking back to spawn together and looking up. If the sun is a disc, you cooperated. If it is not, pick a new ring and go again.
