Flatten The Mountain Guides

Walkthroughs for the Roblox incremental that stole your sunlight.

Guides Hub

This hub is the map of every Flatten The Mountain how-to on the wiki. The game is simple to describe and easy to stall in: a voxel tower eats the sun, you mine it for cash, a Skill Tree and a shop full of drones try to help, an eagle tries not to. If you only open one page after this hub, open the beginner guide. If you already have a flaming pickaxe and still cannot see noon, open how to flatten.

What each guide is for

GuideSearch intent
Getting startedHow to play, first ten minutes, full-game video
How to flattenLayer strategy, cash routing, finish the tower
EagleHow to not get eaten while you mine
Buried chestsHow to find the extra payouts inside the rock
ControlsKeyboard, mouse, touch, camera
Skill Tree guideHow the tree works, not just how it ranks
Pickaxe guideStarter tool, shop upgrades, when a drone beats a prettier swing
Game reviewWho the loop is for, what is missing, not Mine a Mountain

Sibling pages are meant to be read as a set. The flatten guide assumes you already know the tier list. The eagle guide assumes you have somewhere to stand. The chests guide assumes you are cutting interiors, not sanding the outer skin forever.

How we write these

We do not invent Skill Tree node names, chest drop tables, or eagle HP. Official copy from DomBlox plus the public screenshots (tower, sun, circling bird, drones with cash popups, laser turrets, pickaxe upgrades) are the evidence. Where a number is visible in a shot — +$5, +$10, 25-player servers — we use it. Where a number is not visible, we describe a method instead of a fake DPS sheet.

Videos follow the same rule. The beginner guide embeds a real no-commentary full session. The eagle guide embeds a real short that names drones, turrets, and the bird. No other page on this wiki should grow a second embed. If a clip is the wrong game, it stays off the page.

Suggested reading order

  1. Getting started — spawn, mine, spend.
  2. Controls — if the camera is fighting you.
  3. Skill Tree plus the planner.
  4. Drones and turrets list.
  5. Eagle before you AFK.
  6. Buried chests once interiors exist.
  7. How to flatten as the endgame of the first mountain.
  8. Pickaxe guide before you buy a flaming cosmetic.
  9. Co-op when you are tired of being the only laser.
  10. Game review if you still need a yes-or-no.

The PC nav dropdown keeps the first seven guide links and sends the rest here via View all — that is why this table exists. Then park the codes hub in a tab. It is empty today. It will not stay empty if DomBlox follows their other games.

If you are stuck

Stuck usually means one of four things: you bought cosmetics, you parked drones on empty air, you stand on the outer lip, or you are on an empty server. The guides above each fix one of those. If the game itself changed overnight, read launch notes and the September 2026 check before you assume the wiki is wrong.

This hub gains a child when a real mechanic or a real search intent deserves a URL — pickaxes and a review did. We will not split “how to click” into six thin pages. Flatten The Mountain is a focused loop. The wiki should stay focused too.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions miners ask most.

Which Flatten The Mountain guide should I read first?

The beginner guide. Then how to flatten once you own a drone.

Is there a walkthrough video?

Yes. A real full-game session sits in the middle of the beginner guide. Do not use clips from other mountain games.

Where do I learn the Skill Tree?

Play-focused notes are in the Skill Tree guide. Ranks are in the Skill Tree tier list.

How do I stop dying to the eagle?

Read the eagle guide. Cut a notch, watch the ring, do not AFK on the rim.

Where is the pickaxe upgrade list?

The pickaxe guide covers starter versus shop tools. DomBlox has not published a named roster, so we do not copy one from another mountain game.
